U.S. State Consumer Fraud Warnings

As a part of our fraud awareness program, we ask that consumers take a moment to review state required fraud warnings and notices prior to card purchase.

Several U.S. States have enacted laws that require a fraud warning or notice be posted at points of sales for gift cards.  These states are Delaware, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and Rhode Island. Of these states, four states have provided a warning notice that is to be used.  These four warnings are provided below.
